Without specific context or information provided, it is difficult to determine if the subject in question is an absolutist despot. Absolutist despots are rulers who hold absolute power and control over their subjects, often making decisions without input or checks from others. To determine if someone fits this description, it would be necessary to examine their actions, policies, and the extent of their power in relation to their subjects. **

A despot is a ruler who exercises absolute power oppressively or tyrannically, often without any legal constraints. On the other hand, a dictator is a ruler who holds absolute power and authority, usually through force or manipulation, but may still operate within a legal framework or constitution. While both despotism and dictatorship involve centralized and authoritarian rule, the key distinction lies in the level of oppression and the adherence to legal norms. **

Napoleon's Napoleonic Code did bring some elements of freedom to the people, such as the protection of property rights and the principle of equality before the law. However, it also centralized power in the hands of the state and limited individual freedoms in some areas. Additionally, Napoleon's aggressive military campaigns and expansionist policies earned him the reputation of a war-mongering despot. Ultimately, while the Napoleonic Code did introduce some progressive legal reforms, Napoleon's overall legacy is one of a leader who prioritized his own power and ambitions over the freedom and well-being of the people. **

Streaming can strengthen the community by providing a platform for people to connect and engage with each other over shared interests. It allows individuals to come together virtually, regardless of physical location, to participate in live events, discussions, and activities. Streaming also promotes collaboration and interaction among community members, fostering a sense of belonging and unity. Additionally, it can amplify voices and perspectives that may not have been heard otherwise, creating a more inclusive and diverse community. **

I would rather abolish social media. While both social media and public broadcasting have their pros and cons, I believe that public broadcasting serves a more important role in providing access to information and diverse perspectives for the public. Social media, on the other hand, has been associated with negative effects on mental health, privacy concerns, and the spread of misinformation. Public broadcasting, such as public radio and television, plays a crucial role in providing educational, informative, and entertaining content to the public, and I believe it is a valuable resource that should be preserved. **

There are several popular live streaming programs available, each with its own strengths and weaknesses. Some popular options include OBS Studio, Streamlabs OBS, and XSplit. OBS Studio is a free and open-source program known for its customization options and flexibility. Streamlabs OBS is a user-friendly option that integrates with popular streaming platforms and offers built-in widgets for alerts and overlays. XSplit is a paid program that is known for its ease of use and professional features. Ultimately, the best live streaming program will depend on your specific needs and level of expertise. **

It ultimately depends on personal preference and the content each streaming service offers. Netflix has a wide variety of original content and a large library of movies and TV shows. Prime Video offers a mix of original content, popular movies, and TV shows, as well as access to Amazon's Prime benefits. Other streaming services like Disney+, Hulu, and HBO Max also have their own unique content offerings. It's best to consider the specific shows and movies you want to watch before choosing a streaming service. **

Video streaming over the internet works by transmitting video data from a server to a user's device in real-time. When a user requests to watch a video, the server sends the video data in small chunks, which are then displayed on the user's device as they are received. This allows the user to start watching the video before the entire file has been downloaded. The video data is typically compressed to reduce file size and is transmitted using a protocol such as HTTP or RTMP. The user's device then decodes the data and displays it as a continuous video stream. **
